The Challenges

The Major Challenges:

Admin should be able to manage subscription plans

Admin will be able to manage users and assign a role to a particular user. He can add Packer, Driver and Customer role users only

Users can maintain the chronology of their parcels

Separate login for each role

Deploy some unique, useful and advanced features in it in order to ensure proper routing, returns management, customers compliance

Our Solution

It was a quite challenging project for the Wings team where our developers had to propagate the web-based portal for each role which could be tough for the back-end interface.

The biggest challenge was to create user-friendly sections as admin can easily keep a track of each role. There are separate sections for “Orders”, “Track”, “Delivery”. Additionally, the user can change their subscription plan according to their requirements. All the couriers are well tracked at key points in the process and can be tracked through the admin at any time.

Thus, the core APC delivery services are “Same day delivery”, “Overnight delivery” and “Timed delivery”. Our team developed a strong courier delivery network in order to provide the best courier services for logistics. It was more forced on “collect on time”,” delivery on time”, “track of parcel”,” customer service” through which user can easily manage their parcel.
