The Challenges

cTrunk had very challenging requirements from us:

Set default quotations, package types and their region wise rates.

Make the system enables for generating the custom billing cycle

Providing a Multi-branch management system

Alteration of quotation should be available while every time a new client has been added

This system is able to generate a ready-to-go receipt for cash parcels

Our Solution

The broad vision of this product is to create a complete ERP where all the primary courier services enforcing their branches to use as part of their practice.

This was a challenging project for the Wings team where our UI/ UX designers have cultivated web-based software which has an interesting interface for the front-end and back-end of the portal. They were on the expedition to create a customized back-end that allowed to manage different courier tasks such as cash handling, custom billing cycle, alteration of quotations, Ready-to-go receipt, these actions are customizable in many different ways.

As well, they integrated intuitive features like comprehensive SMS, Bar Codes management which helps to streamline their communication system and saves lots of time that they’re spending on the phone.

After all, The android cTrunk app adding value to these services. The app was also developed with the aim to make the user interface very accessible. as a result, the product is widely accepted by over 100+ courier service providers in a matter of 2 months of launch.
