Business Development Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, calls, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with technical team for requirement clarification and estimates
Maintain client communication and build long-term relationships
Update CRM with leads, status, and follow-up activities
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

1–2 years of experience in IT services sales
Good understanding of web/mobile development services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with lead generation tools (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
Basic knowledge of proposal writing and pricing concepts
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good time management skills

Sr. MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
No of Opening: 2
Location: Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete project lifecycle (scope, timeline, budget, delivery)
Work closely with development & QA teams on the floor
Allocate tasks, track daily progress, and conduct stand-ups
Act as primary client point of contact and handle communications
Understand requirements and prepare BRD/SRS/user stories
Ensure quality standards, testing coordination, and defect resolution
Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure smooth delivery
Maintain project trackers and delivery reports

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SDLC
Experience with Web, Mobile, or SaaS projects
Agile/Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
Tools: Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
