Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Technical Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
Proficient with tools like Postman, JMeter, JIRA, Trello, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to write, execute, and maintain structured test cases and detailed bug reports
Basic understanding of Python, PyCharm, and Selenium to support automation readiness
Experience in UI/UX, functional, regression, and integration testing
Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive testing across various devices and environments
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes for structured QA execution

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge-case issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flutter Developer

Technical Requirements:

Solid hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform mobile applications.
Good understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, including UI implementation, API integration, and deployment.
Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and using third-party libraries and SDKs.
Familiarity with Firebase services like Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, and Crashlytics.
Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is an added advantage.
Experience with publishing apps to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
Comfortable with version control systems like Git (GitHub/Bitbucket).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise) is a plus.
Understanding of Flutter DevTools and ability to perform debugging and performance optimization.

Other Requirements:

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA.
Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems independently.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprints is desirable.
Self-driven and passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Quick learner with a growth mindset and willingness to explore new tools or frameworks in the Flutter ecosystem.

DevOps engineer

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Technical Requirements:

Excellent understanding of Linux commands.
Thorough knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and debugging, particularly with Jenkins.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Docker and container orchestration platforms.
Hands-on experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), database servers (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and application servers (PHP, Node.js). Knowledge of proxies and reverse proxies is required.
Good understanding and hands-on experience with site reliability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, and Splunk. (Hands-on experience with at least one tool is highly desirable.)
Ability to identify and fix security vulnerabilities at the OS, database, and application levels.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and DigitalOcean, and their commonly used services.

Other Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Out-of-the-box problem-solving capabilities, especially in the context of technology automation and application architecture reviews.
Hands-on experience with GKE, AKS, EKS, or ECS is a plus.
Excellent understanding of how to craft effective AI prompts to solve specific issues.
