Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and transitions
• Ability to edit content for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and Ads
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Quick turnaround time with attention to detail
• Creative mindset and good communication skills
• Portfolio or sample work is a must

Technical Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of Linux commands.
• Thorough knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and debugging, particularly with Jenkins.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Docker and container orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), database servers (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and application servers (PHP, Node.js). Knowledge of proxies and reverse proxies is required.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with site reliability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, and Splunk. (Hands-on experience with at least one tool is highly desirable.)
• Ability to identify and fix security vulnerabilities at the OS, database, and application levels.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and DigitalOcean, and their commonly used services.

Other Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Out-of-the-box problem-solving capabilities, especially in the context of technology automation and application architecture reviews.
• Hands-on experience with GKE, AKS, EKS, or ECS is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of how to craft effective AI prompts to solve specific issues.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
