About Project
The public makes many claims daily in the news, in everyday conversations, and on the internet. Due to the lack of explanation, they are often repeated and finally accepted by the public. FactReader acts as a counterbalance for this. By bringing together simulated information along with verified analysis, FactReader debunks untrue information. FactReader’s purpose is to assist users in securing accurate and trustworthy information from the news and the web. Our work on this website involved fixing functional bugs, playing with UI, and deploying to AWS.
